Each word seemed to have a magical power, as if written in a secret language that only the initiated could decipher. The images flashed before my eyes like a slow motion movie, and I could feel my heart beating in my chest like a drum echoing in a deep cavern.

MAHASHIVARATRI's words seemed to invoke the gods, the primal forces of the universe, and at the same time reminded me of my own humanity, my limitations and fears. I felt like I was floating in a sea of consciousness, surrounded by an immensity that overwhelmed me.
